Create Inbound Agent
Creating agents is a simple and very quick process. Add the name, email (for voice transcripts) and set how you would like this agent to receive the inbound calls - Skype, Gtalk, US number or on SIP. After creating agents, these can be assigned to the Queues.

Create a Phone System
Create a greeting - set the time zone, business hours and days. You can upload a recorded greeting or use our advanced text to speech recognition. You can even set messages for invalid extensions and timeouts. Next, add an extension for the agent and set forwarding preferences.

Create a Queue
The setup of complete inbound process involves 3 steps. Creating a Queue and assigning agents is the first process. Setup all the properties such as - Welcome greeting, timeout interval, agent script, disposition, extensions etc. You can also view stats for each agent from this section. The auto dialer connects the outbound agent and the receiver instantly once a connection is established.
